On October 3 the Town of Canmore filed its factum in response to the the appellants taking on the vacancy tax in at the Alberta Court of Appeal.
The date of the Town’s filing, which the appellants fought for, gives Canmore voters the opportunity to ask Council and Mayoral candidates where they stand, so the community can make an informed voting decision in the municipal election.
